Who is responsible?

Enquiries
We use your name, contact details, company and message to reply, discuss a partnership and follow up. The basis is our legitimate interest in business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or, where relevant, entering into or performing a contract with you (Article 6(1)(b)). Contacting us is optional; we may need your contact details to respond. Enquiries are retained while needed to respond and follow up. Relevant contract records may be kept longer for the partnership, legal claims or statutory obligations.
The website and language preference
Netlify delivers and protects the website. Technical details such as IP address, browser, time and URL support operation and security, based on our legitimate interest in a functioning website (Article 6(1)(f)). Country and browser language may inform the initial language choice. A manual choice saves plane-language in a cookie for up to one year and in local storage until you clear it. You can remove both through browser settings. We have not installed Google Analytics, advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Providers
We use Netlify for hosting and Google Workspace for email. These providers and their subprocessors may process data outside the EU/EEA. Their data processing terms describe transfer mechanisms, including EU standard contractual clauses. Read Netlify’s information and Google’s terms, or contact us about the applicable safeguards.
Your rights
Contact us about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. Data portability may apply when its conditions are met. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency. This page covers the website and ordinary enquiries. Particular client projects and services may provide additional processing information.
